The licensee may discontinue the telecommunication service provided to the customer in the following cases:-
(a) In case of inspection, repair, improvement or extension or any other important work of telecommunication line or telecommunication system,
(b) If a customer fails to pay the fees due, in the case of such customer,
(c) If a customer uses the service in an unauthorized manner or contrary to the conditions, in the case of such customer,
(d) In case of natural disaster or strike, lockout, strike or similar extraordinary situation beyond control.
